Teresa Stephenson Designs does not accept returns on Blackwork embroidery kits unless they are unopened. Once the kit has been opened, the product can no longer be accepted as a return for refund.

All Blackwork embroidery kits MUST have a receipt from Teresa Stephenson Designs in order to apply for a refund. 

Chart only purchases are non refundable.

All charts are sent 'First Class' post in the UK, and 'Standard Airmail' to the rest of the world.
